Single Session $30 and up
We’re committed to providing you with an excellent spray tan that you will be proud of. For best results, it is best to exfoliate your skin the day before you come in, make sure you follow the guidelines on how to care for your tan afterwards. Spray tans are set up by appointment only. Call us or come in to schedule.
Steps to Prepare your skin before your scheduled spray tan appointment:
1. 25% of your skin is exfoliated each week causing your tan to slowly wear away. You want to exfoliate this layer of skin 24 hours before getting your spray tan. We offer an excellent exfoliator made specifically to enhance your spray tan experience. This eliminates the barriers of dead skin cells and allows the DHA to absorb deeper into your skin and oxidizes into a brilliant golden brown.
2. It is important not to use products that will cause a barrier to the skin or cause adverse results to your tan. These products are moisturizers, shaving gels, creams or waxes, bar soap or shower moisturizers within 24 hours of getting your spray tan.
3. Day of Session: Do not apply lotions, moisturizers or perfumes prior to your session. Use deodorant sparingly. If you do apply makeup, make sure to remove carefully prior to your session. Wear dark, loose fitting clothing and remove all jewelry. Note: Tight clothing can wear or rub off bronzers.
4. If you do forget to exfoliate or decide to get a spray tan at the last minute, use our pre-tan body buff. It will clear away any dead skin cells, clean the skin of any barriers and balance the ph levels of the skins surface.
We sell a kit that has exfoliators and before and after skin care solutions that will help you get the best tan possible.
Things to know about caring for your spray tan afterwards:
The DHA that is in spray tans takes up to 24 hours to fully process. It is best to avoid any activities that will make you sweat for 6 hours. If you can wait up to 24 hours before you take a normal shower. Avoid water, pools or spas. If you must shower before the 24 hour waiting time, only shower with plain water for the first 16 hours after your tanning session. Using bar soaps or cleansers within that first 16 hours will halt the development of DHA color.
We want you to be happy with your results and you to be proud of your new tan. If you have any questions or comments please let us know.
